Awesome selection of fragrances available. Fast shipping. When I reached out for help, the customer service was quick, friendly, and took care of my requests right away. I've shopped with Perfumista several times now, and I plan to keep coming back.

I believe this is my third purchase, and I gotta say, the variety of samples is solid, prices are great, and everything is packed up nicely. The decant bottles are proper, and they arrive vacuum sealed, which is super convenient if you’re not planning to use them right off the bat, keeping them nice and fresh. What’s not to love?

I got my order, but it took a bit longer than expected, and there was no info on how long it would take or when I should be getting it. Had a terrible time dealing with this company. I ordered a sample and it’s been more than 10 days without it showing up! They haven’t replied to my emails or Instagram messages, nada. I’m never shopping here again!

I placed my initial order with Perfumista on October 30th for a couple of fragrances to sample. Since I had never ordered samples before, I found their website pretty easy to use. Unfortunately, after making my purchase, I didn’t see my order for over 22 days. I sent several emails, but only got one reply saying they would look into the delivery once the Royal Mail site was operational again. They never followed up, so I had to send more emails to get any clarity. Today, I finally got a response saying they had refunded my order and apologized, but that was it. I had no input in this decision, and they completely canceled my order without even giving me the chance to reorder. After waiting for 22 days just to find out my order was gone, I was really upset. The brief and unhelpful replies I received made me feel like they didn’t care about me or my order at all. I’m really let down and disappointed. I’ve since requested to have my purchase reordered, but I’ll probably be waiting a few more days for any kind of response.

Fantastic variety of scents available. Really good deal... the complimentary shipping on orders over £10 was a steal, which basically gave me a third fragrance instead of paying for delivery. Fast order processing, nicely packaged, and high-quality sample vials. Couldn't be more pleased.
